Application
Fickert honed brushes are mainly used on the polishing head of automatic polishing machine which has the fickert claw,array from coarse grit 80# to medium grit 120# 180# 240# 320#. Or add one or two set of these type after applying diamond brush or silicon brush,it can polish the surface more softer and make the texture more clear.

This rubber fickert texturing brush are designed for processing matt surface, it's more softer for grinding the stone surface, unlike the antique finish was polished by aggressive diamond brush or silicon brush, its finish surface usually is more flatten (honed surface) and more softer , without scratches.
For processing matt finish, the available grit is from 80# -320#, if you want to increase the glossiness to satin or shiny surface, we could customize 400# -3000# for you.
