Product introduction
Wire materials: PA612 nylon + 20% diamond grains (the diamond grains were averagely distributed in wires, so it can grind the stone surface evenly)
Length of wires: 30mm or customization as per clients’ requirement
Effect: process antique finish (aged appearance) on cement quartz and resin quartz
Grinding process: 24# 36# 46# 60# 80# for rough grinding, 120# 180# 240# for medium grinding and remove the scratch occurred by last process, 320# 400# 600# for smooth grinding which enhance the glossiness, 800# 1000# 1200# for fine grinding to reach the desired glossiness and hand feeling.
Advantage: sharp and aggressive, has longer life time, good resilience, the wires are enable to rebound quickly after being bend under the pressure of polishing machine, make sure it can grind the deep and top parts evenly.
Application
The fickert brush are widely used on quartz polishing machine with water while grinding, it can evenly grind the stone surface, the soft part will be removed then surface will present concave and convex effect (aged appearance).
