Granite tools 140mm diamond fickert brushes with 30mm diamond wires for processing leather finish
Product introduction
Diamond fickert brushes are the very sharp and strong for making leather finish, meanwhile long lifespan because of the diamond filaments were fixed on plastic mounting with strong adhesive. The diamond filaments won’t be fell off and they are more flexible which enable the wires to rebound easily under big pressure polishing.
For rough polishing, usually using 24# -80# whose particles are bigger and more aggressive for eroding the granite surface (concave and convex), then using the following grits to remove the scratch and smooth the surface, so the antique finish achieve 5-15 degree.
Application
Fickert brushes are widely installed on granite continuous automatic polishing line, usually installing 6 pieces per polishing head.

(1)24# 36# 46# 60# 80# for eroding the surface and create the concave and convex surface;
(2)120# 180# 240# 320# 400# 600# 1000# for remove the scratch occurred by above grits and smooth the surface to make the touch feeling more softer.
