Product Introduction
The wires in 4 rows are intentionally arranged to effectively direct waste water and residue to drain away with ease. Moreover, our plastic base is made with a unique beveled edge design that enables the brushes to be utilized until the last bit is at the bottom, resulting in less than 2mm of remaining residue.
Application
The silicon lapatro brushes are installed on continual automatic polishing machine like Keda machine and used in the final process of grinding porcelain tiles to achieve matt surface, the glossiness usually is within 5 - 12 degree. These matt surface slabs are anti-slip, making them safer to walk on, and they reflect less light, which makes them more eye-friendly.
Public spaces such as parks, walkways, plazas, airport, railway station,museum,and outdoor public facilities often use matte finishing slabs for their pavement or surfacing. And more and more family choose matt tile as floor or decoration.

Antique finishing lapatro brush with wavy silicon wires has long lifespan and be sharp for polishing the porcelain tile effectively and evenly.
Silicon carbide grains can erode and remove the soft grains on the surface but without leaving scratch.It is essential to use it with water to avoid overheating and the residue can drain out together with waste water while working.

These abrasive tools are consumable commodities, normally we support refund within 3 months if any defective issue(which normally won’t happen). Please make sure keep the abrasive in dry and cool circumstance, in theory, the validity is 2-3 years. We suggest that clients purchase enough consumption for three months of production, rather than stocking too much at one time.
Yes, we can customize the goods as per your drawing, but it will involve mould fee and require bulk quantity. Mould time will takes 30-40 days normally.
