Product Introduction
Non-woven fickert abrasive fiber grinding block is very flexible, which means it can easily adapt to the shape of the surface being polished. Besides, abrasive fiber is impregnated with abrasive material (diamond abrasive and silicon abrasive) that are easy to remove scratch and enhance glossiness which can achieve soft light or glossy surface.
The non-woven fabric used in the pad does not trap dirt and debris,so it can clean and polish the stone surface uniformly.
Application
Fickert type abrasive fibers are applied to continuous automatic polishing machine, after applying a range of grit number, the finish surface is with soft light(between 15-30 degree) or shiny surface(between 60-90 degree) .

Feature:
L142*H37*W65mm fickert fiber are mainly applied to ceramic tile polishing machine because it will be more flexible which can match the shape of ceramic tile well and grind the surface evenly.
L170*H40*W61mm fickert fiber are used for artificial cement quartz,which can reach for soft and satin surface.

Normally there’s no quantity limited, but if for samples testing, we do suggest you take the enough quantity so you can obtain the desired effect.
For examples, our production capacity for abrasive brushes is 8000 pieces per day. If goods are in stock, we will send out within 1-2 days, if out of stock, production time might be 5-7 days, because the new orders have to wait in line, but we will try our best to deliver ASAP.

These abrasive tools are consumable commodities, normally we support refund within 3 months if any defective issue(which normally won’t happen). Please make sure keep the abrasive in dry and cool circumstance, in theory, the validity is 2-3 years. We suggest that clients purchase enough consumption for three months of production, rather than stocking too much at one time.
Yes, we can customize the goods as per your drawing, but it will involve mould fee and require bulk quantity. Mould time will takes 30-40 days normally.
